What to Expect

Finding someone to care for your pets the way you do is not as hard as you may think. I want to help make the process easy, comforting and even fun! I'm always available to answer any & all questions you may have but my hopes are this section gives you that extra comfort in knowing I will care for your pets as if they were my own. Let's get started!

Meet & Greet

This is our chance to get to know each other! You will be able to ask any questions you may have and see how I interact with your pets. It is important to me that not only do you feel comfortable but your pet does as well. The length of this appointment is determined by you but usually will last 30 - 60 minutes. You can decide to book me right then and there or take time to think it over. You are in control!

Keys & Codes

This part is all up to you! I can enter through the front, back or garage door. The key exchange depends on the service you will be using. If I am walking your dog(s) or visiting your pets on a regular basis I can make 2 copies of your keys to keep on file (one for backup). For occasional visits, I will just come by to pick up the keys before the pet sit dates and drop them off at the end. This does result in a traveling charge of $10/visit. If you would like me to enter through the garage I will just need the code.

Updates

I will provide you with as many updates as you need via phone, texts or emails. My peace of mind comes from yours. Beware - you might get more pictures and videos of your pet(s) than you can handle!

I love updates too! Please send me a text or email when you are leaving and when you return home so I know your pets are taken care of!

Payment

No one likes talking money but it's a big part of getting the job done! I want this process to be as easy as possible so you can now pay online! I will send you an invoice via email 2-5 days before the sit starts so you can make sure dates and prices match what we have discussed. If everything looks good, you can pay through Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, and Google pay. Easy! All payment is due the day service begins.

If payment is not received 3 days after service begins, there will be a charge of $5/day until paid in full.

Emergencies

During our meet & greet you will be asked to provide me with your current vet info. If anything should happen while your pet is in my care, I will take them to their normal veterinarian. If he/she is unavailable, I will go to the nearest E.R. I will be in contact with you or your emergency contact the whole time. All I ask is for you to contact your vet to let them know Whatevfur Pet Care will be caring for your pet.
